I choose several objects with different size and shape for rethinking “group of objects”. How they are communicating in-between, what makes them different among similar objects, what is their weight and material, how they interacting with space? I’m going to use white paper as I believe, out of a variety of different materials, it is the most difficult one, though just out of curiosity I will repeat them in the black shiny surface and on a newspaper.
Painting on the newspaper made me feel wasted, to say it with another words among topics of “FIFA World Cup RUSSIA 2018”, “...to seek better air quality”, “EU ministers gang up on immigration”, “...to clean up mess of Spain’s own making” it is quite superfluous to think about beauty of the shape. So I didn't like it and as a result work also doesn't look amazing.
Another situation is with black surface. Black varnish on the canvas, oil pastel and rubber the only what I used. The way as pastel interacts with varnish gives various possibilities of expression. Result is even better as structure of canvas reflects light and creates additional space and mystery.
