Inspiration

Updated: Jun 19, 2020

After deep research of three philosophers/historians Emerson Ralph Waldo, John R.Serle, Yuval Noah Harari I needed to try real-world and fiction reality. If we have created things which exist just when we believe in them and for “God”, or Nature, or anything which was before mankind, they basically have no sense and if they have a physical body so for those divine primary judges our attitude is what is matters.

Consequently, canvas on the wall with elements of paint was not needed for Nature, but all elements of the canvas – threads, background priming, wood of the support, the paint was already on the planet so we just arranged them in a “canvas” way. From the projector come digital lines which I use for the test of how real is what we made. Without analyzing the mechanism of this machine first and the only condition which is essential is electricity. Here is again, the question of fire and matches. Fire existed on our planet but we created an instrument to use it the most convenient way. Same process for electricity or energy. If tomorrow is apocalypses, the canvas can be left on the wall till physical destruction happens but with this digital lines most likely will not be projected anymore – no one will plugin and start the computer for this record and no one set up the rest of the artwork. Hereby, impressively created lines on the computer are depending on humans. This fiction reality was created by me, can be recreated by someone else, but will not exist without mankind – “plugin” element.

Technically, the composition of the work completed only with a video projection.

In terms of Art this “constructed reality”, actually, quite an interesting thing. I like the idea to construct art in a depending way from humans.
